Too long...

It's been too long since I've written. Now I'll never catch up.

I've been in that vicious cycle about blogging for about 2 weeks. I'm still not sure I'll make it through this post! I don't know that I can catch up - too much to tell.

The highlights:

• I went to San Francisco for my sister's pre-school grand opening and got to see a lot of extended family that I never get to see any more so that was very nice.
• Christian and I went to Brazil to see my brother's two kids get baptized. More of the immediate family here and also lots of fun. Sao Paolo is pretty neat but I'd have liked to have seen Rio and more of Brazil in general. Luckily, we have 5 year visas so hopefully there's another trip in our future!
• Esme had surgery yesterday to remove two 'masses.' She's back and seems to be doing ok - just a little cranky with her brothers. We'll know in 7-10 days if there's anything to be more concerned about.

Coming up:

• I'm leaving for Belgium next week for Chemin de Toile - this great art festival in my sister's town. My friend Jim is exhibiting his photography for it - it should be a lot of fun.
• We have a big party on Saturday but luckily, I'm not hosting it. I'm helping with coordination and food so I've got some cooking to take care of. Plus, March of Dimes is on Saturday as well!
• We've got two shows coming up - Ellis Paul tomorrow and Great Big Sea on Monday.
• Between all this, I'm not sure when I am going to pack!

Ok, I think that's pretty good for an update :) Best I can do under the circumstances!
